Irrigation system installation is a complex of works that begins with project preparation and material selection. Further work involves laying the pipes, installing the pump station, installing the pipeline, and commissioning the system.

The simplest projects can even be carried out independently, but it’s better to entrust the installation of complex utilities to specialists.

It’s important to remember that systems are assembled according to the following requirements:

  • Irrigation systems are installed so that the water inside them does not freeze in winter.
  • Main and distribution pipes and other equipment must not be located near other utilities and buildings.
  • Pipelines must be laid with the designed slope, or with points for draining the system in winter.
  • When installing pipelines, no additional tension should be created inside the pipes (kinks, tension, etc.);
  • Pipeline systems are installed so that the risk of loosening during operation is minimized.
  • To prevent damage from seasonal ground movement, pipes are covered with sand, and inspection wells are planned for maintenance purposes.
  • In the final stage, the finished irrigation system is tested and commissioned.
